CarousHELL is the upcoming horror film from Silver Spotlight Films and director Steve Rudzinski.  Some of you may recall Rudzinski from my previous reviews of Captain Z, Red Christmas, and Super Task Force One.

With the recent success of movies such as “Captain Z and the Terror of Leviathan” and “Everyone Must Die!”, director Steve Rudzinski is ready to return to the horror scene with CarousHELL, a story of one carousel unicorn’s path of revenge against the child who most abuses him.

Co-written by the team of Rudzinski and Aleen Isley, the film will feature Duke, the prettiest unicorn in the world, who breaks free of his pole to stalk a young boy he despises, taking out everyone in his way. There have been many object-killers before, such as the Evil Bong, the Gingerdead Man, and even Christmas trees in the short film “Treevenge”, but never has an inanimate killer been so beautiful before.

Stylistically, this film will be shot in a vivid palette (think somewhere between Scott Pilgrim and Suspiria), and feature as many practical fx as the budget allows. The cast of characters includes Cowboy Cool, a park mascot cowboy (who is too cool), a pair of French foreign exchange students, and even the well-meaning pizza guy who delivers to the wrong party at the wrong time.

Today, Steve reached out to Horror Society with an exclusive first look at the film and the brand new poster for the film.  Check the poster out above and the new stills below!  Once again, thank you Steve for always supporting Horror Society!
