Captured, a Front Door Film Works production, is nearing the end of principal photography. There are literally only a handful of shooting days left, but somehow the cast and crew have managed to remain tight-lipped about the plot. If I had to wager a guess, judging by the promo poster to the left and the screenshots available, I’d say that Captured is going to be a ghost story that mixes technology with the supernatural while also managing to mix romance and thrills into the equation.
I’ve checked out writer, director and producer Johnnard Harper’s work in the past and one thing I do know for sure is that his work will be excellent no matter what the plot entails. His previous work includes shorts Drive Home, The Lullaby and Miss Mary Mack and feature film Urban Myths.
Captured will feature appearances from Drew Shotwell, Alexandra Mauro, Denisha Hardeman, Bruce Owdley, Bianca Tonsall, Monica Ordaz, Charles Christopher Hill and Huberto Villarreal. Derek Huey served as director of photography and Priscilla Muse served as make-up supervisor. Sergio LeRoy assistant directed. Kyle Lee and Aaron Wheatley produced.
