Los Angeles, CA July 19, 2017– Film Financier and Distributor Epic Pictures Releasing announced today their sci-fi, creature feature Day Of Reckoning will be available online for purchase on DVD as well asavailable nationwide via Redbox today on July 18th,2017.

The Day Of Reckoning takes place for 24 hours when demons rise to purge the population. One family battles to save themselves and seal the breach. The cast includes a who’s-who of upcoming talent: Jackson Hurst (“NCIS: Los Angeles”, “Scandal”), Hana Hayes (Insidious: Chapter 4, To the Bone), Nick Gomez (“The Walking Dead,” “Dexter”) and Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator, We Are Still Here) and Ray Barry (Training Day, Born on the Fourth of July).

Day Of Reckoning was directed by Joel Novoa (God’s Slave, “Arrow,” Machsom).

Epic Pictures handled the worldwide distribution (excluding North America) of Sundance’s scariest film, V/H/S and its sequel V/H/S VIRAL. They have theatrically distributed popular films such as Saturn award winner, Big Ass Spider!; Rondo Award winner, horror anthology, Tales of Halloween; Saturn, Ronda, SXSW, Fantasia winner, and Sundance Favorite, Turbo Kid; festival favorite, Jeruzalem and SXSW favorite Nina Forever.

Day Of Reckoning premiered on the Syfy channel on October 8th, 2016.
