Cody Knotts’ Kecksburg has officially entered principal photography following a successful fundraising campaign. As editing begins on the footage already recorded, scifi fans are getting their first look at the latest picture from Principalities of Darkness LLC. Find a recently released still and a small clip below.
Written and directed by Cody Knotts, Kecksburg is retelling of the historic UFO crash on December 9, 1965. On that night, thousands of witness from Ohio to Pennsylvania witnessed a large object streak across the sky, dropping metallic debris that started several brush fires, until it eventually crashed in the woods of Kecksburg with a sonic boom that had never been heard before. Members of the United States military swarmed the area, quarantined it for several hours, and suspiciously reported that “nothing” was discovered in the forest.
Kecksburg will shed a new light on what was really found that night.
