HGB Entertainment Launches IndieGogo Campaign in Support of New Documentary ‘Boris Karloff: The Early Years In Canada.’

HGB Entertainment Ltd. has started a crowd funding campaign to complete a new documentary entitled, “Boris Karloff: The Early Years in Canada”. The documentary will focus on a little known page in the story of Karloff, his humble beginnings in Canada after he emigrated from Britain.

The project has the participation of Karloff’s daughter Sara, and authorized Karloff biographer Stephen Jacobs. CEO of HGB Entertainment Ltd. James Saito describes this as a passion project which holds great import for classic film lovers, and film historians alike.

“We want to crowd fund a portion of the budget to allow us to gauge interest in the film. Backers have access to some great perks, many that are limited and one of a kind,” Saito says.
