“Roastmasterpiece Theatre” is a new movie-riffing show inspired by Mystery Science Theater 3000 and Rifftrax…but we will watch uncut and uncensored exploitation/horror movies!
“Roastmasterpiece Theatre” is a spin-off show from “Tromasterpiece Theatre”, and will retain the same puppet characters, set, and riffing style, but we will be using movies from other companies instead of just strictly Troma.
SYNOPSIS:
Unsatisfied with his job, movie theater usher Addison Binek slacks off at work and watches cheesy horror movies with Corny, a talking box of popcorn, and Reelie, a talking reel of film.
We riffed our way through Lloyd Kaufman’s first movie “The Battle of Love’s Return” in Episode 1 of Tromasterpiece Theatre, and then we watched “Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead” in Episode 2!
