Classic Zombies Re-Imagined in “Rebirth,” Screening in Ohio Later This Month

After many years on the production slate, Roger Conners’ Rebirth is finally starting to roll out to the masses. Two screenings are already announced, and hopefully many more will be announced once COVID-19 lessens. Rebirth will screen Sunday, October 25th at the Cedar Lee Theatre in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. A follow-up will follow at the same venue on October 30th. Buy your tickets here.

A modern take on George A. Romero’s classic Night of the Living Dead, Rebirth reimagines social, cultural and political horrors as they’d take place in 2020. As stated online, the film is summarized as, “What begins as an annual visit to their family grave-site quickly becomes a night of sheer terror as two brothers are unexpectedly forced to fight back against a sudden onslaught of violent assailants.”

Conners, Aswan Harris, Alvin Hudson, Rachel Anders, Bradley Arner, Taylor Nelms, RJ Messenger, Jim Strang, Hailey Moltz, John Chiara, Jennifer Anderson, Robbie Barnes, Tiffani Hilton, Dougles Slygh and KateLynn E. Newberry star.
