A tale of Love, Loss, and Resurrection – Deadly Dealings Coming This Year

Mary (Rabecca Lee) misses her brother Hank (Stephen Mcgill) and would do anything to have him back in her world. Her life has been full of regret since that fatal night. Haunted by nightly visions she would give anything to make peace with her brother and return back to a ‘normal’ life. Mary’s roommate and best friend Milo (Adam Freeman) offers the chance to speak to her brother again with the assistance of a spirit board, reluctantly she accepts. The Nightmares grow more intense until she strikes a deal with her dreams and wakes up gasping. What sinister entity has been unleashed?

Deadly Dealings deals with multiple themes throughout, but when you analyze the full story it’s really about loss, grief. The entire story, down to the characters and very essence and style of each is all metaphorical to something in my life. On the technical side of things we are using a lot of pinks, purples, blues and green lights throughout with a mixture of translucent materials and hand crafted materials in the film. The goal is to bring the film to life organically.

The films production so far has taken a lot of time to craft the setting the imagery for the initial shoot. Rather than getting a set and just using what’s there we are crafting each and every frame to portray a dream turned into a nightmare. The film will be shot in Knoxville and Newport Tennessee. the locations are set in stone with a solid cast who shown so much enthusiasm about the project. The project goes into production summer of 2021 with a release date expected October 2021.

People have reached out wondering how they can be apart of the project we will be setting up an Indiegogo in a few months for those that really want to be involved. Until then you can follow the project on Facebook at: https://m.facebook.com/DeadlyDealings/
