I’ve been reviewing each episode of The Chainsaw Sally Show from the dark but rather silly mind of Jimmyo Burril as they’ve come out weekly because I’ve truly enjoyed each of them. This week is no exception and I think might be the best episode to date.
Chainsaw Sally is the beautiful and deadly April Monique Burril. As an actress, she has found the exact campiness in her performance that is needed for a show such as this. Azman Toy complements her performance perfectly. And finally Lilli Burril, returns week after week in the portrayal of Poe, the picked on goth kid from school and her interactions with Sally are natural and very believable.
Episode #4 has one of the most inventive killings I’ve ever seen in a slasher film and some of the most witty and creative dialog found in a sitcom. It is something you have to see and is a testament to the creativity found in the mind of Jimmyo.
Also, if you haven’t seen Episode #1 yet – this is your last week to see it as it’ll be archived for the DVD when #5 is posted next week on Tuesday.
