There really is nothing better than No Budget Horror Comedy. Something about that stuff just gets me rolling. Maybe it’s the dry humor of it all, or the sheer stupidity of the movie, but I just love that stuff. (Hack Movies).

So here is some more for you to gawk at. Ded Ted Pictures presents…well…Ded Ted.

Ted is dead, hence the name Ded Ted. He seems to have some sort of mask on all the time, walks slowly around like a zombie, (cuz he’s dead) and smokes weed with the best of em! Put him is real life everyday situations, and you got yourself some funny zombie shit! The guys over at Ded Ted pictures know what’s funny, and have a good way of showing it. They shove this zombie into situations and just let it roll. What’s great about their shorts is this, they are believable enough and shot well enough so that you might actually do what is in the short. Meaning it really seems like I would be doing this sort of stuff if I had a dead friend around. You know just one of the guys! And they really put effort in filming it so it doesn’t remind you of most no budget shorts…hold the camera and do something in front of it.

For each episode of Ded Ted, you can tell it was really thought out and had a conscience effort into the story and characters. Nothing like Shakespeare, but enough to get you to think you are just watching your friends. Overall the shorts are a good effort from Ded Ted Pictures, and I would love to see a longer (maybe feature length) film in their future.
