ICFLM Film Festival – The “Hibernation” – An Awakening of the Dead

With the success of ICFLM’s first workshop on January 13th, 2007 the 2nd promises to be full of surprises. Director Wayne Clingman and William Zenobia have assembled another exciting schedule with some special guests. The “Beast” may be back in hibernation, but the revolution continues. Networking and filmmaking are at the top of the list with practical and useful techniques taught by those in the industry. Updates on tax incentives and legislation are an encouraging force for anyone in the industry or those already involved.

The second in a series will be held on February 10th, 2007, at the Astor Theater. Located at 1696 N Astor (corner of Astor and Brady) – Milwaukee, WI. Admission is free. Time 11:00 am–5:30 pm

It will feature the following guests and topics:

Kelly Marcott (Rusty Robot Productions) 11:00am–12:00pm.
Basic fundamentals of sound in film.

12:00pm – 1:00pm.
Break for lunch – Movie trailers to be shown by local filmmakers.

Jim Betts, Jr – 1:00pm–2:00pm.
Will be teaching special effects: squibs, props, and appliance.

Joshua Hall (Local Filmmaker) – 2:00pm–3:00pm.
An actors guide to doing monologues, and auditions.

Director Wayne Clingman – 3:00pm–4:00pm.
Will be addressing location scouting, and working with local governments.

4:00pm-5:00pm
Networking and Film Wisconsin updates.
