In Darkness

What exactly is “In Darkness” you ask? It is a visual poem created from the talented Steven Cerritos that has a runtime of only 12:08 and still manages to accomplish a full story of love, rebirth and darkness. Vorenus had found love but it was bitter to him. The world then shunned his existence as he wallowed in the only warmth he knows- his own misery.
In Darkness is Cerrito’s second effort in the short film world. Become hypnotized as you watch the poem unfold for you visually keeping your eye’s intact to the screen while you wonder and decipher it’s meaning. The story reminds me of some mythical adventure or even a heart breaking story of love and loss. Either way your mind will wander the lonely halls In Darkness.
