CLINTON—The Clintonia Eagle Theater is teaming up with the “Terror on Washington Street” haunted house in offering a “Fright Fest,” four horror movies, including two classics, “Psycho” and “Frankenstein.”
The fest will include recent and classic horror films to be shown in October in conjunction with the haunted house, an annual fundraiser for the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce. As one of Illinois’ top 10 haunted houses, the Chamber annually hosts more than 6,000 visitors from around the region.
Each night that the Chamber’s award-winning “Terror on Washington Street” is open, the theater will have two screenings of a horror film. Movie admission will be only $5, but those who bring their ticket stub from the haunted house will only pay $3.
Admission to the Chamber’s haunted house is $7.50, with discounts available for larger groups, and a premium R.I.P. (rush in pass) available for $15, that entitles victims to go to the head of the line.
