FINALLY, AN ORIGINAL HORROR STORY!
Coming soon is a story that is completely original. The Nursing Home, written by James J. Murphy III, will leave you hanging and make you think. In late summer of 2010, The Nursing Home will be available for all readers to enjoy.
We are more than half way through 2010. Over the last couple of years, so much has become overdone. For movie-goers, everything seems to be a sequel, prequel, or a remake. Look at the latest in music: bands are reuniting or re-recording music they’ve already released. Last, but not least: books. When one subject is a hit, hundreds of the same are thrown in your face. Society is wasting their money on something they’ve already seen, heard, and/or read. Everything seems to have been done before.
As interesting as novels about haunted houses and haunted mansions are, the story of a nursing home where murders occur is especially intriguing. Normally, when patients die in a nursing home, it is because of mental or physical health conditions. At Rigg’s Nursing Home, there may be some other causes of death. The real mystery isn’t how the patients are dying, but how the staff are dying. Who or what could it be?
The Nursing Home is sure to satisfy readers of all ages. The likeable characters range from teenagers to the middle-aged to senior citizens. It’s not only easy to read, but easy to relate to. The themes consist of meeting new people, the question of who you can and can not trust, and last, but not least, revenge. The groups of characters include a small bunch elderly patients; a clique of trouble-making staff members; teenagers who just met and want to have good time; and two cops: one who has been on the force for two decades and one who is just starting out.
The Nursing Home is James J. Murphy III’s first novel. He has been a horror fan all of his life and knows that readers want an original story.
This full-length novel will be available for $14.00 on many websites, including BN.com, Amazon.com, and LandJPublishing.com, where more information can be found.
