Not to riveting, right? But at least it’s something to let us know that production is currently underway for the second season of AMC’s hit zombie show The Walking Dead. Early reports hinted that the zombies could walk again this July, but I think it’s safe to say those rumors are false. Oh well, I guess we still have a little bit more of a wait to go, but at least fans can enjoy an extended season. The season two episode number was increased from six to 13.

Good to know about the 13 epi season. The show is pretty amazing considering how much of the comic they had to condense into those first few episodes. I’d like to see it a little more drawn out if only to benefit character development. Kirkman writes some pretty amazing characters that a miniseason can’t possibly do justice.
