Eamon Hardiman is still midway through the release of his latest horror film, Porkchops, but that hasn’t stopped him from continuing the franchise. Eamon has created horror films described as “West Virginian Backwoods Horror,” including titles such as Catholic Ghoulgirls, Vampire Whores From Outer Space, Zombie Babies, Porkchop & Porkchops. The Porkchop franchise follows a pig-masked serial killer who lurks in the backwoods of West Virginia. The latest entry in the series, Porkchops, has just been released to DVD and will screen next month in the Monster Mash Expo in Indianapolis.
With all the news and positive reviews out there about Porkchops, Eamon has decided to announce that Porkchops 3, titled Porkchopp3d, is rearing towards preproduction. And this time, Mr. Hardiman is trying to raise the bar by making Porkchopp3d in 3D! All of the information about Porkchopp3d can be found at the fundraising page here, but let me try to break it down for you.
Here’s the plot, “When an RV crashes in the woods, its passengers are totally unaware they’ve stumbled upon the hunting grounds of the legendary pig-masked killer PORKCHOP and his family of equally deranged lunatics. However, the campers also harbor a secret: this is not their first run-in with Porkchop and they are completely prepared for a final confrontation that will either bring the pig man to justice or end their lives forever.”
At least two cast members from previous Porkchop films will be returning, but you’ll have to wait to find out who they are!
