Echo Lake Still Needs Your Help, Finishing Funding Now

Click here to donate to Echo Lake’s Kickstarter page.

(Just saying… Donating to Echo Lake is giving yourself a Christmas present. You get cool perks and a great film once it’s completed. Do it or Santa will come down your chimney with a hatchet instead of presents this Christmas!)

Before I go into detail about Echo Lake’s progress towards production, let me just remind you who is involved with this horror film: Jonathan Moody (director, Scream Queen Campfire & Scary Story Slumber Party), Kelsey Zukowski (Psycho Street & What They Say), Sierra Holmes (VH1’s Scream Queens & Piranha 3DD), Sam Qualiana (Zombie Babies & Porkchops); and production is actively seeking Jackey Hall (Dorm of The Dead), Shawn C Phillips (Chillerama & Mary Horror), and Melantha Blackthorne. These names are only some of the A list talent that have been brought on board for Echo Lake, but to secure the remainder of the cast…well, this is where you come in and save the day!

Portions of Echo Lake have already been filmed, including scenes shot this week with Sierra Holmes. You can even check out the trailer by visiting the SickFlickProductions channel on YouTube; you can do so by clicking here. Just as a reminder, the plot outline of Echo Lake is: “10 years ago murders happened in the town of Echo lake. For 10 years it’s been quiet. Now 10 years later it’s happening again. Is it the same killer or someone new imitating the killer? This town will never be the same again.” There is a horror convention happening in VA during the month of April called Blood On The Beach. Jon Moody & Co are hoping to have the film finished by then so they can have this title available for purchase at the convention.

Donating to the Kickstarter page earns you special thanks and producer credits, copy of the film, autographed script, and an invite to the premiere. Head over to the page by clicking the following link. Even if you can’t donate the bulk amounts, even $5 can help this production. Also, remember to help spread the word because publicity for this project is just as important as donating funds.  For all other info on this film, please visit the official Facebook page by clicking here.
