Joss Whedon’s horror-thriller, Cabin in the Woods, will be debuting March 9, 2012 at the South by South West Film Festival. This will serve as the world premier and opening act when the festival takes place in Austin, Texas. Cabin in the Woods will then debut in theaters nationwide starting on April 13, 2012. Cabin in the Woods is a joint film by “Buffy” director Joss Whedon and Cloverfield’s Drew Goddard. It will star Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Anna Hutchison (“Power Rangers: Jungle Fury”), Fran Kranz (“Dollhouse”), Jesse Williams (“Beyond The Break”), Richard Jenkins (The Visitor), Bradley Whitford (“The West Wing”), Brian White (12 Rounds), Amy Acker (“Angel”), and Tom Lenk (“Buffy The Vampire Slayer”).
