“PERDITION” is a psychological horror thriller about FEAR – more than that, it is about the painful realization that every choice we make -MUST be paid for. Whether we decide to steal someone’s boyfriend, girlfriend, wife, or husband or we plot to sabotage a co-worker so we can get ahead, or more simply, and straight to the point —- when we make the decision to sacrifice what we know is “right” to go after what we “want”, all of our choices come with a cost…And sometimes that cost is higher than we can imagine.
Exploring that “Cost” through the eyes of a beautiful young actress with an insatiable appetite for Superstardom, is the essence of “Perdition”. As we follow her through her life and into the depths of her heart’s desires we will learn that what we fear when we are alone in the dark is far less terrifying than what exists in the recesses of our souls…and we will learn that nobody is above paying the price when our final bill comes due.
Kendall Summers wants nothing more than to be a superstar “A-List” actress and despite being virtually unknown to most of the world, she is a local celebrity around her hometown. Even though she has not gained that “A-list” status with the world, she approaches life as a legend in her mind, surrounding herself with all the attitude and trappings of a lifestyle that she’s striving for but has not actually attained. But that all may be set to change as Kendall moves into her new place with the help of a great deal and her advanced check for the small-budget horror movie that just might be her big break….or might be her last shot at redemption.
