The inaugural CineMayhem Film Festival roars into Thousand Oaks this weekend, at — of all places — the upscale Muvico theater. This celebration of independent horror films begins with five feature films on Saturday, then a program of eight movie shorts followed by three more feature films on Sunday; the screaming begins at noon both days.
Film titles such as “The ABCs of Death” and “Killer Kart” pretty much say it all….
