1964- Artist/make-up artist Nora Salisbury.

1960 – Jason Beghe, starred in George A. Romero’s “Monkey Shines” and appeared in “The X-Files”.

1951 – Caren Kaye, who appeared in the films “Pumpkinhead II: Bloodwings,” “Satan’s Princess” and “Teen Witch.”

1946 – Frank Welker, whose incredible body of voice over and cartoon work spans over 40 years, including the voices (or animal noises as the case may be) of “Fred” from “Scooby Doo,” “Scooby” himself, “Marvin” of “The Super Friends,” “Krypto,” “Pushme-pullyu” from “Doctor Doolittle,” “Megatron” for the “Transformers” cartoons, video games and films, “Dynomutt,” “H.E.R.B.I.E.” the robot from “The Fantastic Four” and various characters in Tim Burton’s “Alice In Wonderland.”

1946 – Dean Cundey, cinematographer who shot such films as “Halloween”, “The Fog”, “Escape From New York”, “Halloween 2”, “The Thing”, “Halloween 3: Season of the Witch”, “Psycho 2”, and many more.

1934 – David Spenser, who appeared in the films “The Earth Dies Screaming,” “Battle Beneath the Earth” and the original TV series “Dr. Who.”

1925 – Harry Harrison, who wrote the novel “Make Room! Make Room!” on which the film “Soylent Green” was based.

1905 – Takashi Shimura, one of the greatest Japanese character actors who appeared in many films including several Toho films such as  “Seven Samurai”, “Godzilla”, “Godzilla Raids Again”, “The Mysterians”, “Mothra”, “Gorath”, “Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster”, “Kwaidan”, “Frankenstein Conquers the World”.
