You can make teeth out of fake nails. Use nicotine tooth enamel patted on to discolor.
And paper towels and liquid latex can make a tear away face look. just paint red then use a stipple sponge to apply black paint then fill in any bits you want darker with a brush. then you can pretty much hide any imperfections with thick blood.
Not sure how to do hers though, might give it a try ^_^
