Any excuse to drink wine is a good excuse indeed!
One of the most beloved horror film actresses, Adrienne King, started her own brand of wine in 2010. Who knew?! Ms. King is most known to horror fans for playing the role of Alice Hardy in Friday the 13th and Friday the 13th Part 2. Shortly after completing her role in the iconic films, she took a break from on-screen acting but resurfaced in 2010 with a newfound love for the movies that made her famous and the desire to incorporate that respect into another area of business that she is passionate about. That is how she came to create Crystal Lake Wines.
Sold online and in winery Rogue Valley in Oregon, Adrienne King has helped to develop four very different tasting wines – all featuring her infamous canoe ride on the label. The various wines sold through Crystal Lake Wines include 2008’s Survivor’s Syrah, 2010’s Cabin A Sauvignon, 2011’s Moonlight Chardonnay, and 2012’s Midnight Merlot. Another flavor, Camp Blush, was created but is currently out of stock.
Each bottle ranges between $27 and $28 in price and includes free shipping and no sales tax. For someone who really likes wine, this product will be sold at a discount of $25 as long as you purchase three or more bottles of Crystal Lake Wines. Better yet, for a limited time only, you will receive the $2 to $3 dollar discount and get a free autographed 5×7 of Adrienne King herself. Woah. Good wine. Good price. And a must have autograph? You can’t go wrong here, people!
