BONG OF THE DEAD has been picking up some steam and getting some good press lately. Along with an article about the movie in Rue Morgue, a nice quote from Tommy Chong, and many new festivals picking up the film, it has also been selected for the Cannes Independent Film Festival. Thomas Newman (writer, producer, director) has been pounding the pavement trying to get this low budget shocker out and about. Made for only $5000, this zombie film is sure to be a cult hit soon!
