Horror is hot right now and it seems every network is taking advantage of the popularity. The latest is ABC who just today announced they were ordering a pilot for a supernatural drama entitled Clementine. Read on below for more information on the project.
Deadline is reporting, ABC has given the green light to Clementine, a high-concept drama pilot from feature scribe Dean Georgaris (Paycheck) and ABC Studios. It centers on a habitual criminal who digs into the mystery of her origins after she becomes the target of a group of zealots who fear she possesses latent supernatural abilities that she will one day harness for either profound good or monstrous evil. Ilene Staple is executive producing with the Mark Gordon Co.’s Mark Gordon and Nicholas Pepper.
