Here at Horror Society, we’ve been looking forward to David Cholewa’s Lovecraftian tale Dead Shadows for quite some time now. The awesome guys at Scream Factory will be releasing the flick to Blu-ray on April 29th, 2014. If you’ve been waiting like we have to see this one, maybe a couple new clips will tide you over for a few more weeks until it’s released. Check the clips out down below.
Dead Shadows is written by Vincent Julé and directed by David Cholewa. It stars Gilles Barret, Laurie Cholewa, Margaux Devy, Sylvain Dubois, Julien Dunand, and John Fallon.
Plot Synopsis
Dead Shadows tells the terrifying story about a young man, Chris, whose parents were brutally killed 11 years ago, on the same day that Halley’s Comet could be seen from earth. Tonight, a new comet is going to appear and everyone in his building are getting ready for a party to celebrate the event. There’s even an apocalypse theory going around. As the night falls, Chris discover that people are acting strangely – and it seems to somehow be connected to the comet. People are becoming disoriented and violent and it doesn’t take long before they start mutating into something from beyond this world. In a fight for survival, Chris has to try to escape from his building with the help of a gun toting tenant.
