Rich “Svengoolie” Koz To Be Honored By Museum of Broadcast Communications in Chicago!

Rich Koz and his alter ego Svengoolie will be honored for his 35 years on the air as the wise cracking horror host at the Museum of Broadcast Communications in Chicago. An Evening with Rich Koz Celebrating 35 Years as Svengoolie will take place on October 10, 2014 and is hosted by the museum and Weigel Broadcasting’s MeTV Network.

Per the Museum of Broadcast Communications website,

The evening will include an exclusive interview with Rich Koz, the unveiling of a new ‘Svengoolie’ exhibit featuring his original coffin and artifacts from the original set, all guests are welcome to dress for Halloween as we will holding a Halloween Costume contest and a featured horror film with classic ‘Svengoolie’ bits. Svengoolie will also be meeting and greeting all his fans during an autograph session.

Private Reception with Rich Koz:  $100 (Includes a private reception with Rich Koz from 6pm-6:45pm, plus VIP admission to the evening’s activities.)
