2008 – Patricia Place, who appeared in the films “Scanner Cop II” and “House of the Dead 2,” passed away at the age of 83.

2007 – Eleanor Beecroft, who appeared in the films “Funeral Home” and the 1961 3D film “The Mask,” passed away at the age of 101.

1993 – Zita Johann who was menaced by Boris Karloff in “The Mummy,” passed away at the age of 89. She also appeared in the 1986 film “Raiders of the Living Dead.”

1973 – Glenn Strange, who played the Frankenstein monster in such Universal classics as “House of Frankenstein,” “House of Dracula” and “Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein,” passed away at the age of 74.
