Earlier this year director Dustin Mills announced that he would be starting a second production company Crumpleshack Films. This production company would focus on films that are not so polished and disturbing as hell. Among those films was the demented and sexually depraved film Her Name Was Torment. Last night, after I had laid down after a long day, Mills announced that he will be crowd funding through Indiegogo to raise the funds to make his film. Check out the press release below:
As you already know: I released a film called Her Name Was Torment earlier this year. It was a departure for me, but it ended up becoming my most successful film and folks have been screaming for a sequel. Well… not only do I want to make a sequel, I want to make the craziest, goriest, sickest, most monster-filled indie horror film of all time. I need your help though. Please take a look and contribute if you can. You can get all kinds of awesome stuff for your contribution.
Our goal is $6,000 but if we exceed that and reach $9,000 we will go ahead and make Her Name Was Torment III and complete the story. If we raise $10,000 we will do an awesome double feature screening and Q&A.
