Howl of a Good Time has just premiered its teaser trailer and it looks like… well, a good time! Not only is it the on screen return of Halloween 5‘s Tamara Glynn, but it also comes to you from one of the most talented horror film directors, Nailbiter‘s Patrick Rea. Plus, Howl of a Good Time will harken viewers back to a time when b-grade horror movies were shown during midnight matinees at local theaters. This is one short you won’t want to miss!

Howl of a Good Time was filmed in October 2014 during Glynn’s Hot Springs Horror Film Festival in Arkansas. Other cast members include Leslie Easterbrook (The Devil’s Rejects), Renea Geerlings (Compound Fracture), Chris Lazzaro (Jersey Shore Massacre), and other recognizable talents inside and outside the horror genre. Howl of a Good Time follows, “a horror-loving little girl who attempts to sneak into a private screening of fictional horror film ‘Foaming at the Mouth II.’ However, it becomes clear that this isn’t a typical film screening.”

Howl of a Good Time was produced by Rea, Glynn, and Bill Volland with another Nailbiter associate, Hanuman Brown-Eagle, as director of photography.

This short film is expected to premiere in international film festivals next month! So keep an eye out for it! For future updates and upcoming screenings, please visit Howl of a Good Time on Facebook for more information.
