Connor Paolo-JOG-004719Connor Paolo was born in July of 1990 in New York. After attending acting schools like Lee Strasberg Theater Institute and Appel Farm Arts and Music Center Summer Arts Camp as well as appearing in several Broadway shows, he booked his first credited on-screen role in 2003’s Mystic River. The following year he landed a recurring role on soap-opera “One Life to Live” and briefly appeared in Alexander with Colin Farrell, Anthony Hopkins and Rosario Dawson. In 2006 he was featured in World Trade Center.

He continued to act throughout the following years, but he never did anything groundbreaking. However, in 2010 he started his journey into horror films, starting with a supporting role in Camp Hell. Later that year he appeared as the lead, Martin, in the vampire-thriller Stakeland. In the film, Martin is orphaned after his parents are killed by the vampires caused by an unexplained, plague-like virus. Soon after, Martin is taken in by Mister (Nick Damici), one of the greatest hunters left alive in post-apocalyptic America. Together, they attempt to head north through vampires and cannibals while taking in new members also seeking safety in the colder regions of America and Canada.

So, where is Connor Paolo now?

He finished up his main, recurring role as Eric Woodsen in “Gossip Girls” after a five year run in 2012. He also played the supporting, recurring role of Declan Porter in “Revenge” from 2011 to 2013. 2016 is slated to be his big return to horror as he will play the lead in action-horror Like Lambs and the second male lead in Friend Request. Can’t wait to see what he brings to the horror table with a few more years of experience under his belt!
