Italian composer Fabio Frizzi is responsible for some of Horror maestro Lucio Fulci’s greatest soundtracks including The Beyond, City Of The Living Dead, Zombie Flesh Eaters. The good folks at Mondo are releasing the soundtrack to Fulci’s The Beyond by Frizzi as well as a double live LP of Frizzi 2 Fulci live album. We also have a couple of sample tracks from the album to get you in the mood. Read on after the jump for more details and how to get your hands on these one-of-a-kind soundtracks.

We are coming off the back of an incredible weekend here at Mondo. Not only did we host Italian composer Fabio Frizzi’s first ever live performance on US soil, but we also had our second annual MondoCon event with people coming together to celebrate art, music and all things in between. We were thrilled to host the Record Shop and be surrounded by such amazing labels as Waxwork, Light In The Attic, Ship To Shore, Strange Disc, Terrorvision & Lunaris.
It truly was an incredible weekend and we want to thank all of the folks that stopped by the booth to purchase records, have a chat or bring us coffee. We’ll have Army Of Darkness and Black Swan online soon, but this week we are proud to release two Fabio Frizzi titles as he continues his tour with shows in San Francisco, Philadelphia and Toronto.
