William Stine was child brought up on the history of horror and make up effects by his parents. As a graduate of Piedmont Community College Film & Video Program, he used his skills of various productions in TV , film, fashion shows, and haunted attractions. His goal is to establish himself and his special effects make-up studio in the Carolinas. He is currently working on a Scarecrow web series, The Endless Whispers feature, and working on make-up for Wicked Whimsies Haunted Attraction.
