  • 2014 – Mike Nichols, director of “The Graduate”, “The Day of the Dolphin”, “Silkwood”, his only genre turn was for the Jack Nicholson werewolf film, “Wolf.” He passed away at 83.
  • 2011 – John Neville, appeared as “The Well-Manicured Man” in “The X-Files (TV Series)” and “The X Files” film, “A Study in Terror”. He was 86.
  • 2007 – Dick Wilson, best known for playing “Mr. Whipple” in over 500 Charmin commercials, passed away at the age of 91. He appeared in the film “Diary of a Madmen” with Vincent Price and in episodes of several TV series’ including the original “Twilight Zone,” “Bewitched” and “The Munsters.”
  • 2006 – Jeremy Slate, who appeared in the films “The Dead Pit” and “:The Lawnmower Man,” passed away at the age of 80.
  • 1991 – Reggie Nalder, who played the vampire “Kurt Barlow” in “Salem’s Lot,” and also appeared in the film “Dracula’s Dog” and the TV movie “The Dead Don’t Die,” passed away at the age of 80.
  • 1951 – Barton Yarborough, who portrayed “Dr. Kettering” in “Ghost of Frankenstein,” passed away at the age of 51.
