Children of the Corn‘s Courtney Gains Joins Eden Falls
Gains to play hospital’s leading villain
February 23rd, 2016 – Los Angeles, CA, Courtney Gains, best known for playing the role of Malachai in in 1984’s Children of the Corn and Dixon in Back to the Future, has officially signed on to play an important villainous role in upcoming horror film Eden Falls. Eden Falls is the story of Rob Adams, a freestyle skiing star who corkscrews 720’s into a nightmare paranoid landscape to save Lucinda, the only woman he will ever love.
Friday the 13th‘s Victor Miller, along with Michael Coulombe and Martin Rogers, penned the horror thriller, which will feature original scores from Harry Manfredini, also of Friday the 13th fame. Coulombe will also direct the feature film currently in pre-production with an anticipated release date set for 2017.
Gains joins the line up previously announced cast members including Eileen Dietz (The Exorcist) and Jansen Panettiere (Ice Age: Meltdown). Ronnie Connell (Red State), Christopher Gatpo, Justin Illickal and Raymond Vinsik Williams are also set to appear.
Eden Falls is produced by Shaun Cairo of Shakir Entertainment Management along with “Days of Our Lives” star and associate producer Guy Wilson.
