  • 1986 – Scott Eastwood, son of the legendary Clint, has appeared in “Diablo”, “Texas Chainsaw 3D”, “Enter Nowhere”, and the upcoming “Suicide Squad.”
  • 1985 – Sonequa Martin-Green, appears as “Sasha Williams” in “The Walking Dead (TV Series).” She has also appeared in “Once Upon a Time (TV Series).”
  • 1963 – Sweetheart of 80’s horror, Jill Schoelen, who starred in such films as “The Stepfather”, “Curse II: The Bite”, “Cutting Class”, “The Phantom of the Opera”, “Popcorn”, “When a Stranger Calls Back” and more.
  • 1962 – Matthew Broderick, who starred in the 1998 remake of “Godzilla,” “War Games” and “The Stepford Wives.”
  • 1961 – Kassie Wesley DePaiva, known for starring in “Evil Dead II” and “We Are What We Are.”
  • 1958 – Gary Oldman, who starred as “Dracula” in 1992, as “Sirus Black” in the “Harry Potter” films, as “Doctor Smith” in “Lost in Space” and as “Commissioner Gordon” in “Batman Begins”, “The Dark Knight”, “The Dark Knight Rises”, “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes” and “RoboCop” remake.
  • 1946 – One time “James Bond” Timothy Dalton. He starred in the films “Flash Gordon,” “The Doctor and the Devils” and “The Rocketeer.” He also starred as ‘Lord President Rassilon” in the two part “Doctor Who” episode, “The End of Time.”
  • 1923 – Philip Abbott who appeared in the films “The Invisible Boy,” “The First Power” and “Hangar 18.” He also provided the voice of “Nick Fury Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.” for the animated series’ “Iron Man” and “Spider-Man.”
  • 1922 – Exploitation director Russ Meyer, whose film credits include “Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!” “Mondo Topless” and “Supervixens.”

DIED ON THIS DAY IN HORROR HISTORY – MARCH 21

  • 2012 – Robert Fuest, director of such films as “And Soon the Darkness”, “The Abominable Dr. Phibes”, “Dr. Phibes Rises Again”, “The Last Days of Man on Earth”, “The Devil’s Rain”, and “Revenge of the Stepford Wives.”
  • 2009 – John Franklyn-Robbins, who appeared in the films “Asylum,” “Dracula A.D. 1972″ and “Dr. Jekyll & Ms. Hyde,” passed away at the age of 84.
  • 2006 – Hiroshi Miyagawa, who composed music for the films “Star Blazers,” “Space Cruiser Yamato” (films and TV series) and “Ghidrah, The Three Headed Monster,” passed away three days after his 75th birthday.
  • 2001 – Anthony Steele, who appeared in “The Monster Club” and the TV series “Tales From The Darkside,” passed away at the age of 80.
  • 1995 – Robert Urquhart, who played “Paul Krempe” in the film “The Curse of Frankenstein,” passed away at the age of 73.
  • 1994 – Macdonald Carey, best known for his stint on the soap opera, “Days Of Our Lives,” passed away at the age of 81. He appeared on many TV shows like “The Outer Limits,” “Thriller” and the film “It’s Alive 3: Island Of The Alive.”
  • 1987 – Robert Preston, appeared in “Child’s Play” (no, not that one), and “The Last Starfighter.”
  • 1985 – Michael Redgrave, father of Lynn and Vanessa, who appeared in the films “Dead of Night,” “1984” and the 1973 TV movie “Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde.” He passed away at the age of 77.
