  • 1981 – Chris Evans who played “Johnny Storm, The Human Torch” in “The Fantastic Four” and “Fantastic Four; Rise of the Silver Surfer.” He played “Captain America” in “Captain America: The First Avenger”, “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” and the “Avengers” film.
  • 1978 – Ethan Embry, has appeared in “Late Phases”, “The Guest”, “The House Across the Street”, “Vacancy”, “Masters of Horror (TV Series)”, “They”, “Disturbing Behavior”, “The Prophecy II” and more.
  • 1974 – Brande Roderick, appeared in “Hood of Horror” and “Dracula II: Ascension.”
  • 1973 – International actor Kim Sønderholm, has been very prolific in his career. He has appeared in “Cannibal Fog”, “Silverthread”, “Sinister Visions”, “Zombie Ed”, “The Killing Games”, “Blood Fare”, “Supernatural Tales”, “The Horror Vault 3”, and many more too numerous to mention.
  • 1962 – Ally Sheedy who appeared in the films “Man’s Best Friend,” “Maid To Order” and “War Games.”
  • 1951 – Stellan Skarsgård who played “Father Merrin” in “Exorcist: The Beginning,” “Bootstrap Bill” in “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End” and “Selvig” in “Thor.”.
  • 1951 – “John Boy” himself, Richard Thomas, who starred in “Stephen King’s It” and “Battle Beyond the Stars.”
  • 1950 – Belinda Bauer, appeared in “Necronomicon: Book of Dead”, “Servants of Twilight”, “RoboCop 2”, “The Hitchhiker (TV Series)” and more.
  • 1943 – Malcolm McDowell who starred in the films “A Clockwork Orange,” “Time After Time” and “Cat People.” He stepped into the role “Dr. Sam Loomis” in Rob Zombie’s “Halloween” and “Halloween II.”
  • 1926 – Paul Lynde who played “Uncle Arthur” on the TV series “Bewitched.”
  • 1919 – Richard Collier who appeared in the films “Eve of Destruction,” “Pet Sematary” and “Christine.”
  • 1918 – Ben Johnson who appeared in the films “Terror Train,” “The Swarm,” “The Savage Bees” and “The Town That Dreaded Sundown.”
  • 1915 – Mary Wickes who played “Zelda” on the TV series “Sigmund and the Sea Monsters,” and the “They Have Been, They Are, They Will Be” episode of “Kolchak, The Night Stalker.”
  • 1900 – Ian Hunter (the actor, not the musician) who appeared in the 1941 version of “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde” and “Doctor Blood’s Coffin.”
  • 1892 – Sir Basil Rathbone. He starred in such films as “Son of Frankenstein”, “The Hound of the Baskervilles”, “Tales of Terror”, he also portrayed the character of “Sherlock Holmes” in many films.

  • 2005 – Lane Smith, appeared in “Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (TV Series)”, “Prison”, “V (TV Series)”, “Dark Night of the Scarecrow”, and more. He was 69.
  • 2004 – Robert Lees, who wrote the screenplays for “Abbott & Costello Meet The Invisible Man,” “Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein” and “The Black Cat” (1941), passed away at the age of 91.
  • 1979 – Darla Hood who played “Darla” in the “Little Rascals” comedies and appeared in the film “The Bat” with Vincent Price, passed away at the age of 47.
  • 1979 – Barry Shear who directed several TV series including “Night Gallery” and “The Sixth Sense,” passed away at the age of 56.
