- 1975 – Playboy playmate Jaime Bergman. She appeared in the films “Dark Wolf” and “Boa vs Python.”
- 1963 – Alex Proyas, director of such films as “Knowing”, “I, Robot”, “Dark City”, “The Crow” and more.
- 1961 – Chi McBride who co-starred in the film “The Frighteners” and “I, Robot.”
- 1959 – Jason Alexander, best known for playing “George” on the “Seinfeld” show. He made his movie debut in the film “The Burning” and also appeared in “Jacob’s Ladder.”
- 1956 – Maren Jensen, starred in “Deadly Blessing”, “Battlestar Galactica (TV Series)”, “Battlestar Galactica”, “The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries (TV Series).”
- 1917 – Mexican wrestling superstar El Santo a.k.a. Rodolfo Guzman Huerta, who was the defender of truth, justice, and the Mexican way,facing just about every monster imaginable in his celluloid career.
- 1894 – Walter Pidgeon who played “Morbius” in the film “Forbidden Planet.” He passed away two days after his 87th birthday in 1984.

- 1998 – Mary Frann, best known for playing “Joanna Loudon” on “Newhart (TV Series).” She also appeared in “Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction (TV Series)”, “Deadly Nightmares (TV Series)” aka “The Hitchhiker”, “Darkroom (TV Series)” and more. She died at the age of 55 from heart failure.
- 1994 – Author Robert Bloch who wrote the novel “Psycho,” passed away at the age of 77. He wrote numerous TV shows including “Star Trek,” “Thriller,” “Night Gallery,” “Monsters” and “Tales From the Darkside.” His film screenplays include “The Night Walker,” “The Cabinet of Calagari” and “The House That Dripped Blood.”
- 1993 – William Cort who appeared in the films “Ghost” and “Elvira, Mistress of the Dark,” passed away at the age of 55.
- 1975 – Ian Hunter, British actor who appeared in “Robin Hood”, “Doctor Blood’s Coffin”, and “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde” to name only a few. He passed away at 75 years old.
