The late, great Gene Wilder has played many an iconic role but none quite like his turn as Dr. Frederick Frankenstein in the 1974 classic Young Frankenstein. Written and directed by his frequent collaborator, Mel Brooks, Mr. Wilder and a loaded cast of Hollywood legends including Marty Feldman, Teri Garr, Peter Boyle and Cloris Leachman bring the horror parody alive!

A young neurosurgeon (Gene Wilder) inherits his infamous grandfather’s estate in Transylvania. Young Frankenstein believes that the work of his grandfather is useless, but when he discovers the book where the mad doctor described his reanimation experiment, he suddenly changes his mind. Hijinks ensue when he creates his own monster and new complications arise when his fiancée arrives at the estate.

Audiences will get an exclusive introduction to the film from the man himself, writer and director Mel Brooks, live from the Twentieth Century Fox Lot followed by the black-and-white masterpiece on the big screen once again. The comedy classic will leave you in stitches, just hopefully not the same kind keeping Dr. Frankenstein’s monster together …
