  • 1982 – Lacey Chabert, who played “Penny Robinson” in the 1998 remake of :Lost in Space,” and starred in the 2006 remake of “Black Christmas” along with “Ghost of Goodnight Lane”, “Sanitarium”, “Thirst” and more.
  • 1964 – Monica Bellucci, who appeared in the 1992 version of “Dracula,” “Brotherhood of the Wolf” and as “Persephone” in “The Matrix:Revolutions” and “The Matrix: Reloaded.”
  • 1961 – Eric Stoltz who starred in the films “The Fly II,” “Anaconda” and “The Prophecy” (1995).
  • 1950 – Victoria Tennant, who appeared in “The Legend of the Mummy,” “Horror Planet” and “Flowers in the Attic”
  • 1946 – Dan O’Bannon who wrote the screenplays for the films “Alien,” “Return of the Living Dead,” (which he also directed), “Total Recall” and “Dead and Buried.”
  • 1943 – Ian Ogilvy, who appeared in the films “And Now the Screaming Starts,” “From Beyond the Grave” and “The Conqueror Worm”
  • 1931 – Angie Dickinson who starred in the TV movie “The Norliss Tapes” and in the film “Dressed To Kill.”
  • 1921 – Deborah Kerr who starred in the films “The Innocents” and “Eye of the Devil.”
  • 1904 – Frank Lawton who appeared in the films “Devil Doll” and “The Invisible Ray.”.
  • 1887 – Lil Dagover who starred as “Jane” in “The Cabinet of Dr. Calagari.”

DIED ON THIS DAY IN HORROR HISTORY

  • 2013 – Sir Anthony Hinds, writer/producer of many Hammer films including “The Evil of Frankenstein”, “The Kiss of the Vampire”, “The Curse of the Werewolf”, “The Brides of Dracula”, “Horror of Dracula”, “The Curse of Frankenstein” and many more. He passed away at 91.
  • 2012 – Turhan Bey was a popular leading man who appeared in “The Amazing Mr. X”, “The Mad Ghoul”, “The Mummy’s Tomb”, “Destination Unknown.” He was 90.
  • 1976 – Mary Ford who appeared in the films “Queen of Outer Space” and “Missile to the Moon,” passed away at the age of 52.
  • 1972 – Producer/writer/director Edgar G. Ulmer, whose credits include “The Black Cat” (1934), “Daughter of Dr. Jekyll” and “The Man From Planet X,” passed away at the age of 68.
