Jonathan Holbrook’s Tall Men Finally Lands Distribution Deal.

Success comes in all forms and at all speeds. Jonathan Holbrook has been waiting twelve years for this bit of success and it’s justifiably deserved. You see, way back in 2004, Holbrook shot a movie titled Customer 152 and it went into the film festival circuit. It screened at a handful of festivals and received a handful of awards, but failed to nab a distribution deal. In 2015, he revisited the idea and conducted his own remake which became the Customer 152 of 2016. Now, after another year of screenings and critical acclaim, Customer 152 of 2016 has been picked up for United States and foreign distribution.

Now being re-titled and going forward as Tall Men, Jonathan Holbrook’s feature will be released to DVD and VOD in Summer 2017. Described as a horror-thriller and dark-comedy, Tall Men looks to depict the legendary Creepy Pasta character, The Slender Man. What similarities between Tall Men and The Slender Men remains to be seen and that’s just one of the reasons why you should grab this title on DVD this summer. While it looks like the demon won’t be stealing children in the middle of the night, they will be helping you to solve your credit card debt. Wait. What?

Based on the screenplay by Holbrook, Tall Men follows Terrence Mackleby as he claims bankruptcy after totaling over $80,000 in debt. Soon, his private financial struggles are turned upside down when he is visited by tall, lanky demons and phantoms in fine-pressed suits. They have arrived to deliver the mysterious black credit card that Terrence applied for… but there’s much more to this business transaction than meets the eye. Holbrook stars in Tall Men alongside Dan Crisafulli, Kay Whitney, Richard Garcia, Pat Cashman, Jennifer Angelucci-Medina and Josh Van Dijk.
