Supernatural Crime-Drama Law of Perdition Sets June 1st Amazon Prime Premiere.

But Bucks County and Philadelphia Residents Have a Chance to See It First!

LOCAL HUSBAND-AND-WIFE PRODUCTION COMPANY TO STREAM SERIES LAW OF PERDITION ON AMAZON PRIME STARTING JUNE 1.

On June 1, a new series shot in Bucks County with local film-making talent goes national on Amazon Prime with Potent Media and SGL Entertainment’s debut of Law of Perdition.

Produced, directed, written and edited by Christian Jude Grillo and wife Carmela Hayslett, Law of Perdition proudly pits police crime-drama and supernatural-horror together, following Detective Chris Petrowski (played by Philly actor Andrew Hunsicker), whose cold cases come back to haunt him from the grave to help him finally get to the bottom of their unsolved murders.

With the entirety of the series shot locally—and primarily within the Bucks county area—the locations and establishing shots are as recognizable and memorable to locals and Philly faithful as they are striking and eerie to the untrained eye. Law of Perdition also puts Philadelphia in the talent spotlight, with nearly the entire cast hailing from the immediate area.

Grillo and Hayslett are a true husband-and-wife team and co-owners of Potent Media in Bucks County. They’ve partnered with SGL Entertainment to get Law of Perdition into fast distribution. Aside from the Amazon Prime release, there will be a DVD/Blu-Ray release of season one as the companies’ first series together hits the mainstream.

LAW OF PERDITION PREMIERE SCREENING TO BE HELD AT NEWTOWN THEATER ON EVE OF NATIONAL RELEASE

Grillo and Hayslett will host a Law of Perdition premiere screening to be held Wednesday, May 31, from 7-10 p.m., at Newtown Theater. The screening will be open to the public, and families, friends and film fans, alike, will be out to enjoy the event.
