The screening of young director Dylan Mars Greenberg’s film Re-Agitator: Revenge of The Parody is at 9:30pm and is by donation at 5th Avenue Cinema on Nov 17th.
ReAgitator stars Aurelio Voltaire Lloyd Kaufman and Schooly D as the President of the United States. A dying aristocrat (played by super tromette Amanda Flowers) is resurrected by a mad doctor (Jurgen Azazel Munster). When she becomes too powerful, she joins a cult of the undead and they resurrect a giant monster to destroy earth. Only two spunky reporters (Yolpie Kaiser, Mickala McFarlane,) a militant (Sofe Cote) and a mad boy genius who speaks in riddles (Max Husten) can stop it.
This screening is a unique opportunity to celebrate the trans-film making community and also to get some insight as to what its like to work in the industry as such with a discussion from the director herself, who will be flying in from NYC just for this event.
