After his father’s suicide a young man returns to his rural family home to prepare it for sale where he meets two women who claim the land was stolen from their ancestors after they were accused of being witches. He soon finds himself at the centre of an occult conspiracy that led to his father’s death and now threatens to destroy him.

“Like Roman Polanski’s Rosemary’s Baby and Benson & Moorheads Resolution, THE ONES YOU DIDN’T BURN explores the grey area between supernatural and psychological horror by letting the narrative unfold through the point of view of an unstable protagonist consumed by grief and addiction” said Danse Macabre’s CEO Julian Richards. “But the experience is made all the more poignant with the victim being a man punished by a cabal of women hell bent on exacting ancestoral revenge in this freaky feminist folk horror”.

THE ONES YOU DIDN’T BURN will be available to rent and download from most digital platforms including Amazon, Sky, AppleTV, Googleplay, Microsoft and YouTube. Meanwhile collectors can pre-buy the the DVD from Amazon.
