Legendary Hollywood horror icon Conrad Ragzoff (Ferdy Mayne, Conan the Destroyer) thrills a group of college kids with a preview of his latest scary movie. In the middle of the overwhelming adulation, Ragzoff collapses. He returns home and ends up dying after an altercation with his longtime director (Leon Askin, Hogan’s Heroes). Ragzoff wears his Dracula suit and cloak in the coffin at his funeral. After the memorial, a few of the film students (including Scott Thomson, Twister and Jeffrey Combs, Re-Animator) sneak into the mausoleum to snatch Ragzoff’s corpse for one last party. During the ghoulish festivities, Ragzoff’s coffin blows up, and the actor rises from the dead, eager to turn his fans into victims. The film students learn the hard way that it can be deadly to meet your idols.

Luther The Geek delves into the story of a young boy who is forever changed – for the worse – after seeing a Geek at a local carnival sideshow. Luther The Geek is a thrilling regional horror movie made in rural Illinois by writer-director Carlton J. Albright.

When he was a child, Luther Watts saw a caged and drunken Geek bite the head off a live chicken. During the show, Luther’s teeth are broken, and the experience triggers something inside him that makes him crave the taste of blood. After receiving a pair of metal dentures, Luther goes on a rampage and bites the necks of people as well as chickens. This leads him to a long stint in prison. After 20 years, Luther (Edward Terry, The Children) receives parole for being a model prisoner. Once he’s free, he reverts to his old Geek ways at a supermarket and kills a woman in the parking lot. He escapes by hiding in the back of a car driven by Hilary (Joan Roth) and takes her hostage, later terrorizing her daughter Beth (Stacy Haiduk, Superboy TV series) and boyfriend Rob (Thomas Mills) when they drop by the house. Can anyone stop the clucking, homicidal Geek?

The bonus features include the original Lloyd Kaufman DVD intro; Carlton J. Albright’s Blu-Ray intro; a director’s commentary with Carlton J. Albright; a classic interview with director Carlton J. Albright and William Albright; A Conversation With Carlton: an interview with Carlton Albright; Fowl Play: an interview with Jerry Clarke; Fowl Takes; Troma’s Freak Show: INNARDS! Music Video, and the Radiation March.
