Last year, a fatal strain of crack cocaine hit the backwoods of rural West Virginia. Many lives were lost and families destroyed when an innocent animal stumbled across a discarded bag of this noxious substance called Acid Mind Drainage. The result was a raccoon turned rabid with a lust for blood. The creature was destroyed. The town was saved. Or so they thought. Now, another drug has dropped in the dying industrial town of Pittman; Blue Moon Skull Explosion. And once again, a trash panda has fallen victim to a discarded cache of crack. But this time, she brought her family and they are going to gnaw, scratch, dismember, disembowel, and destroy everything and everyone in their path as they make their way to the annual Pepperoni Roll Festival.
The mastermind of this new drug, Miss Lady Sweet, and her right hand man, Hot Day John, bring together a rag-tag group of killers, deviants and perverts to find her stolen, experimental crack. Fat Ass Annie, Duncan Jones and Big Bucky descend on Pittman and create their own mayhem. Finn and her best friend, Frankie, still recovering from the onslaught of last year’s brutal butchery, are thrown into another fight with a coked-up, murderous mammal and her clan of cracked-out, carnivorous kits. Aided by fresh faced Game Warden, Sam Warfield, and hindered by slimy, suck-up, Mayor Berry, they brace for a battle with the beasts and set out to save the town of Pittman and it’s unappreciative inhabitants from death and destruction.
