When Maxx, a lovable chihuahua, is kidnapped by the deranged Dr. Barkenstein, he finds himself trapped inside a secret laboratory alongside other dogs and cats being used in bizarre experiments. But Barkenstein’s latest experiment creates something he never expected: Maxx is transformed into a tiny T-Rex with the heart and attitude of a chihuahua.
Now free from the laboratory, Maxx sets out to stop Dr. Barkenstein, rescue the other animals, and find his way back to the family that loves him.
