| Set your reminders NOW! The marathon starts tomorrow morning. |
| Prepare yourself for the most monstrous movie marathon ever! This weekend, Shout! Factory TV and original monster magazine Famous Monsters present the The Kaiju Movie Marathon: Gamera’s Revenge! It’s 16 straight hours of colossal turtle mayhem!
Starting Saturday at 8am (ET), we’ll be live-streaming eleven of the most epically entertaining Gamera films around, including Gamera: Guardian of the Universe, Gamera 2: Advent of Legion, and Gamera 3: Revenge of Iris. It’s the perfect way to celebrate Gamera‘s 50th anniversary. And it’s all FREE. The event will be hosted by award-winning Kaiju expert August Ragone, who’ll share the inside scoop on the making of the films. He’ll also be live tweeting during the marathon along with more Kaiju fanatics. Join the conversation using #Gamera.
If you can only watch one giant, flying, fire-breathing turtle marathon this weekend, make this the one. |
