The Carnage Film Festival will be taking place in Wilmington, NC this year and I personally love the film submission rules below!! Check it out!
The Carnage film festival will be holding it’s first annual horror event October 2011 in historic,downtown,Wilmington,NC. Enjoy a thrilling day of horror movie blocks with a mandatory costume attire for the last block of the day.Award for best costume.

Films must be 90 minutes or less in length.
Must contain blood.
Must contain dead bodies….or formally dead bodies.
Bragging right awards & prizes will be given for top films.
