Travis Sedg Bacon Releases Haunting Original Soundtrack for Vampire Horror Film, 15 to Sunrise

Composer, producer, and musician Travis Sedg Bacon (ContraCult, Slashtag Cinemas) has announced the release of the original soundtrack for 15 to Sunrise. This short horror film is about the timeless nature of trauma, abuse, and grief hidden within the guise of a blood-soaked, early 2000s film-inspired vampiric hellscape and premiered on October 19th as part of the Delicious Demon Shorts block at the Atlanta Horror Film Festival.

The 15 to Sunrise soundtrack showcases Bacon’s signature ability to blend the film’s cinematic tension with merging elements of industrial and atmospheric soundscapes. The score features an especially notable collaboration with Attila Csihar, the legendary vocalist of Mayhem, whose haunting delivery adds an otherworldly dimension to the film’s narrative.

Adding further emotional depth is a vocal performance by Rebekah Rawhouser, one of the film’s lead actors, whose voice threads a human vulnerability through the darkness of Bacon’s compositions. Rawhouser, an accomplished actor known for her work in film and on stage, appears in 15 to Sunrise and also contributes her talents to the soundtrack, bridging her character’s on-screen turmoil with the film’s immersive sound design.

The film’s festival journey has already drawn praise for its striking visual tone and haunting sound design, positioning the 15 to Sunrise soundtrack as an essential companion piece to the film’s dark atmosphere.
